Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for:

- Oversee and manage all financial accounting operations.
- Delivery of accurate and timely month end financial results in compliance with accounting standards, including profit and loss and balance sheets.
- Ensure billing is performed and reviewed prior to lodgement with relevant departments.
- Support the preparation of budget and financial forecasts.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with internal financial accounting policies and procedures.
- Support the development and preparation of service costings model for tender submissions
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of an effective financial system and internal controls to ensure the safeguarding of assets.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Facilitate transformation or process improvement experiences.
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions
- Managing external and internal stakeholder relationships including NDIS, DFFHS and investment stakeholders.
- Participate in recruitment as/when required.
- A degree in commerce, business, or accounting.
- Chartered Accountant
- Proven transformation or process improvement experience.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, leading and managing teams.
- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis/reporting within a commercial business partnering capacity.
- Experience in developing strong partnerships and managing stakeholders.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of P&L drivers of performance.
