Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the monthly and quarterly financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
- Identify areas for cost optimisation and recommend improvements in financial processes.
- Provide strategic advice and support to different departments to help them achieve financial goals.
- Mentor and lead a small finance team, ensuring their professional growth.
- A degree in Accounting or equivalent, with a professional qualification (CA or CPA).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Finance leadership role.
- Experience within a FMCG, Retail or multi-site environment would be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of inventory management, and warehousing processes is desirable.
- Exposure to process improvement and ad-hoc projects.
