As a Finance Manager you will play a pivotal role in the financial operations of a well-established company with a clear growth trajectory. Reporting to the CFO and business partnering with stakeholders, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as supporting strategic decision-making of the business.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the monthly and quarterly financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
• Identify areas for cost optimisation and recommend improvements in financial processes.
• Provide strategic advice and support to different departments to help them achieve financial goals.
• Mentor and lead a small finance team, ensuring their professional growth. 

Skills and Experience:

• A degree in Accounting or equivalent, with a professional qualification (CA or CPA).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Finance leadership role.
• Experience within a FMCG, Retail or multi-site environment would be highly regarded.
• Knowledge of inventory management, and warehousing processes is desirable.
• Exposure to process improvement and ad-hoc projects.
