The Role
Execute defined projects to contribute to improvement in the safety of work for employees and contractors across the Group.
Key responsibilities:
- Review critical risk controls and develop a framework.
- Standardise processes across multiple business lines.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement and change initiatives in a complex environment.
- Engage with Group HSE Leaders, Line Management and operations.
Skills & Experience:
- Relevant qualifications and credentials in HSE.
- Experience in the design, delivery and implementation of H&S strategic projects and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of project management best practice, tools and techniques.
- Strong relationship management, communication and influencing skills.
- Expertise in the development of control frameworks in high-risk environments.
- Ability to navigate complex organisations to deliver results.
