The Role
Execute defined projects to contribute to improvement in the safety of work for employees and contractors across the Group.

Key responsibilities:

• Review critical risk controls and develop a framework.
• Standardise processes across multiple business lines.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement and change initiatives in a complex environment.
• Engage with Group HSE Leaders, Line Management and operations.

Skills & Experience:

• Relevant qualifications and credentials in HSE.
• Experience in the design, delivery and implementation of H&S strategic projects and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project management best practice, tools and techniques.
• Strong relationship management, communication and influencing skills.
• Expertise in the development of control frameworks in high-risk environments.
• Ability to navigate complex organisations to deliver results.
