Our client is a global leader within a rapidly growing industry. They are currently looking for a HRIS & Payroll System Analyst to join their high performing and supportive team.
The Role
Reporting to the Group Payroll Manager and working within a medium sized team, you will be responsible for:
- Position management – creating new positions / reviewing and approving position workflows
- Organisation management – creating new sites and validating the Org Structure to ensure it is aligned across SuccessFactors, UKG Pro and other HR systems
- Creating and maintaining SuccessFactors Foundation Object Data Values
- Creating and maintaining SuccessFactors Custom Data Object Values
- Troubleshoot integration issues to third party systems
- Creating, maintaining and running Reports in both SuccessFactors and Spinifex
- Assigning & maintaining SuccessFactors role-based permissions
- Importing / Exporting Data – including mass imports for salary increases, bonuses ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Documenting business requirements, implementing, and testing changes and enhancements – including changes for EA requirements
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and guidance as needed including with processing pay and replication issues
- System UAT Testing – writing and executing scripts in both SuccessFactors and ECP
- Data Migration from Legacy systems to new HR/Payroll systems
- Manage system upgrades and implement innovative solutions to streamline HR and/or Payroll processes, ensuring they are legally compliant and efficient
- Effectively communicate with Payroll, HR, IT, Finance and system partners to ensure alignment regarding system usage and issues
The successful applicant will have
- Experienced in the implementation and administration of HRIS & Payroll systems ideally with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Employee Central Payroll
- Solid understanding of Australian payroll legislation, Award interpretation and how it applies to systems
- Proven experience coordinating, testing and implementing system upgrades and enhancements within HRIS & Payroll Systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a team based environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise urgent work
- Analytical skills and an ability to think outside the box
