This organisation is seeking a new HR Manager to join their People & Culture function based in Sydney supporting their Oceania operations. 

In this role, you will be an influential HR business partner to functional directors, leaders and teams. As part of an HR Team responsible for an exciting and rewarding people-first agenda, you will manage the day-to-day HR processes and facilitate the execution of business strategies through people and organisational development.

What does the role involve?
  • Delivering the People strategy for Australian and New Zealand working as a true HR Business Partner to the Business Unit Leader and their Leadership Team.
  • You will facilitate coaching, capability and team workshops to drive organisational effectiveness and collaboration.
  • You will champion a people-first culture throughout the employee life-cycle which will include recruitment, development, performance and talent management, engagement and culture initiatives.
  • You will support Employee Relations activity across the business where necessary.
  • You will partner with centers of excellence as required to successfully to deliver key initiatives across for the business including Diversity & Inclusion, Organisational Performance & Learning, Total Rewards and Workforce Planning & Recruiting.
What will you bring to the organisation & role?
  • You'll have demonstrable experience in a HR Business Partner roles with success of successfully supporting Leadership teams.
  • You will have the ability to communicate effectively across the employee group allowing you to influence via great facilitation, influencing & leadership coaching.
  • You can demonstrate the ability to develop insights and come to data-driven outcomes relating to both people and organisation.
  • You'll have strong organisation skills with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
