The role:
This role will see you coaching and developing a small group of new starters throughout their 3 month onboarding experience. You will share subject matter expertise within health insurance and providing coaching feedback on phone based skills. You will create a fun and engaging space for them to learn and set them up for success with the right skills.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in health insurance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of health insurance regulations and products.
