The Opportunity: 
 
As the Group Head of Procurement reporting directly to the CFO, you will have full accountability for developing and leading the strategy, operating framework, and team structure for the centralized procurement and facilities function. This global role offers:

• Leadership of teams across the UK, India, and Australia
• Oversight of procurement and properties globally

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing and procurement strategies
• Manage supplier relationships and drive cost savings
• Lead the global facilities function
• Oversee vendor management systems and processes
• Drive sustainability initiatives through supplier due diligence
• Provide strategic support to internal stakeholders

About You:
 
The ideal candidate will possess:

• 10+ years of experience in Sourcing Management or related field
• Property management experience (preferred)
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Robust understanding of IT ecosystems and supplier landscapes
• Strategic thinking and high business acumen
