Our client

Sharp & Carter have partnered with one of Australia's largest construction material companies to recruit a Catalogue Buyer Administrator, this role will help set up and oversee maintenance and operation of the procurement catalogue for internal purchasing.

About the role

  • Manage & maintain procurement catalogues.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry.
  • Ensure purchasing activities comply with procurement and legal policies.
  • Assist procurement team in navigating the buyer catalogue.
  • Identify & implement improvement opportunities to improve catalogue management processes.
  • Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to ensure accurate pricing information.
About you

  • 2+ years in procurement - ideally catalogue purchasing based.
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution preferred.
  • Proficiency in Oracle.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
