Sharp & Carter have partnered with one of Australia's largest construction material companies to recruit a Catalogue Buyer Administrator, this role will help set up and oversee maintenance and operation of the procurement catalogue for internal purchasing.
About the role
- Manage & maintain procurement catalogues.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry.
- Ensure purchasing activities comply with procurement and legal policies.
- Assist procurement team in navigating the buyer catalogue.
- Identify & implement improvement opportunities to improve catalogue management processes.
- Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to ensure accurate pricing information.
- 2+ years in procurement - ideally catalogue purchasing based.
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution preferred.
- Proficiency in Oracle.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management.
