The Opportunity:
Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant in Brisbane.
Reporting To: Partner & Manager.
Start Date: 2025
Responsibilities:
- Candidate Management: Interview candidates, manage their experience, and help them find the right job.
- Client Interaction: Meet with clients to understand their business needs, take job briefs, and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Manage Recruitment Assignments: Handle various recruitment processes, including posting job ads, searching databases, and interviewing candidates.
- Fill Jobs: Match the right candidates to the right jobs, ensuring both clients and candidates are satisfied.
- Business Development: Use sales and marketing techniques to attract new clients and arrange meetings.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive and enthusiastic team.
- Event Coordination: Help organise client meetings and events to build stronger connections.
Qualifications: Recent graduates or those about to graduate this year, as well as individuals with 1-3 years of experience in a corporate role.
