Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key fleet clients to drive retention.
- Develop and implement strategies to secure new fleet customers, both large and small.
- Leverage Ford’s diverse product range to tap into emerging market opportunities.
- Work closely with dealers to enhance small business offerings beyond vehicle sales.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing fleet team.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven success in fleet sales, with a track record in business development in the automotive sector.
- In-depth knowledge of fleet operations, market trends, and key industry players.
- Experience with Fleet Management Organisations and financial solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking ability.
- Capable of managing relationships across multiple stakeholders, including customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
