The Role 

This role is a rare opportunity for a driven and socially conscious Finance  Manager to join a globally renowned organisation and have a lasting impact. 

The responsibilities of the Financial Accounting Manager are broad and ensure the effective operation of accounting and financial activities. A typical day would begin with a morning check-in with team members and providing assistance where necessary.

Working from a prioritised action list, the day would progress by engaging with the business partners, directors and other internal stakeholders by providing financial accounting advice (particularly on complex income scenarios) , interpreting financial policies and reviewing and advising balance sheet reconciliations.

Time is set aside for planning a number of key activities that take place throughout the year, team engagement initiatives, financial year-end, tax return submissions and month end activities, as well as progression of compliance items from internal audits and assurance engagements by external advisors.
