About the Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a skilled Finance Manager for our client, a reputable organisation known for its commitment to excellence and innovation. Role Overview:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial information to support the organisation’s objectives. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic office environment with fluctuating workloads and will demonstrate flexibility in their role to support growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of client-owned assets in accordance with property management agreements, ensuring effective operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate effective communication and address financial needs.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, guiding them in day-to-day transactional work.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, internal controls, and general ledger maintenance.
• Supervise the preparation of monthly financial and management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead management accounting functions, including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, and ensure compliance with BAS/GST submission timelines.
• Develop cash flow forecasts and manage working capital requirements effectively.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve financial issues and support operational teams with timely information.
• Enhance the use of financial management systems and tools for effective reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and internal control systems.
