As the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the following:
- Review, monitor, and report operational physical data inputs
- Maintain and update management accounting data and records
- Prepare and analyze management reports, ensuring accurate classification of transactions
- Conduct variance analysis and transaction-level reviews
- Oversee IT and communications functions
- Manage corporate and site-specific management information reporting
- Provide internal audit functions for both corporate and site levels
- Support and review capital expenditure proposals
- Develop and enhance operational reporting processes
- Perform detailed analyses of cash balances, costs, payables, forecasts, and accruals
- Deliver ongoing managerial support and ad-hoc reporting as required
- Lead the preparation and improvement of key financial data and reporting
- Coordinate and communicate management reporting to stakeholders and senior leaders
To excel in this role, you’ll bring the following qualifications and attributes:
- Qualifications: CA or CPA qualified
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and strong accounting, taxation, and auditing knowledge
- Leadership: Effective managerial and leadership skills
- Personal Attributes: Analytical, detail-oriented, motivated, and a dynamic team player
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve issues and streamline processes
