The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Financial Accountant or experienced Controller with a core financial accounting & controllership skillset looking to take a step up into a more challenging role with a growing local business. You will be responsible for local accounting and reporting, stakeholder management and develop growth and investment strategies for the business.
The responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Monthly reporting
- Ensure effective financial controls are in place
- Prepare financial reports
- Tax compliance
- Identify potential risks and opportunities for the business
- Stakeholder management
- Get involved in finance projects and ad hoc analysis for the business
- CA/CPA or working towards completion
- Prior experience in a hands on, SME environment
- Willingness to help transform the finance function and push into new commercial areas
- Strong experience within Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
