Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Management Accountant who is hungry to make an impact in a fast-growing company. This organisation looks after two reputable brands in the consumer product space and plays a pivotal part in the food industry. As the Management Accountant, you will work closely with the Financial Controller and play a key role in driving change within the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Financial Controller in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Assist in product costing and inventory costs.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements within the finance function and support the implementation of change initiatives.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making at all levels of the business.
• Maintain financial controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data.

Ideal Candidate:

• CA/CPA Qualified 
• Previous experience in management accounting, ideally in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• A proactive and resilient individual, capable of working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business.
• A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for driving change and making a difference.
