Reporting to the Finance Manager, this dynamic role will require you to lead financial operations and provide commercial support to a range of key stakeholders within the group. Key duties will include:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards;
- Assist with audits and financial reviews, working closely with external auditors;
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and accounting best practices;
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and modelling; and
- Variance analysis of margin and COGS. 

CA/CPA qualified, you will be an driven and skilled candidate taking your first step from a Big 4 or Mid-tier firm, or possessing industry experience within retail, FMCG, or an ASX environment. You will have an in-depth technical understanding combined with demonstrated commercial awareness.
