The Opportunity
An opportunity exists for Financial Accountant to join an established finance team. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for contributing to the financial and operational performance of the organisation.

• Maintain and implement best practice processes with up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards
• Coordinate and deliver business unit budgeting/planning and group wide consolidation
• Assist with the upcoming audit program
• Manage tax compliance functions including lodgment
• Identify areas for improvement and drive/implement process and system enhancements
• Consolidated financial reporting for the group

Skills and Experience

• CA/CPA or equivalent qualification
• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills
• Exposure to the healthcare or aged care industries would be advantageous but not essential
