Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their organisation during an exciting period of transformation and growth. An opportunity now exists with this newly created role, for an immediately available candidate to have genuine impact and development opportunities in the NFP space. 
  
  
Reporting to the Head of Finance, your main responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

- Lead technical accounting support to management and non-financial stakeholders across the organisation.

- Undertake a full review of P&L and Balance Sheet accounts at month end close, correcting errors and providing detailed analysis of variances to budget and/or forecast. 

- Complete grant reconciliations and controls, ensuring legal obligations are met and adhered to.

- Prepare budget and forecasts, based on YTD actuals and projected revenue/spend, providing commentary and critical analysis.
  
  
To be successful in your application, you will be CA/CPA Qualified with strong technical accounting experience in a hands-on reporting role. You will ideally have 5+ years experience in the Not-For-Profit sector. You will possess excellent attention to detail as your ability to identify issues and ensure effective solutions will be imperative to your success. You will have strong Excel skills and have sound working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics/ Business Central.
