The Role
This highly visible and strategic role will act as a key commercial advisor to the Operations function. The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders, deliver actionable insights, and help shape financial planning across major operational units. It’s a hands-on opportunity to contribute to both day-to-day performance and long-term strategy in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide trusted financial and commercial advice to Operations and executive stakeholders
  • Lead regular financial performance reviews and identify improvement opportunities
  • Prepare and maintain business cases, financial models, and capital expenditure plans
  • Support annual budgets and monthly forecasts, ensuring alignment with operational goals
  • Deliver timely reporting, variance analysis, and strategic insights
  • Ensure quality of operational financial data and KPIs
  • Drive data-led decision-making through business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Partner on strategic initiatives, including readiness planning for upcoming major venues
  • Collaborate with central finance to support cash flow, long-term planning, and reporting
  • Promote financial governance and alignment with policies and compliance standards
The Candidate
  • Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce with CA/CPA accreditation
  • Demonstrated experience in finance business partnering, ideally with operational teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with a commercial, problem-solving approach
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to deliver insights that drive strategic and operational performance
  • Committed to values of collaboration, ownership, and respect
