Role Overview:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this Finance Business Partner role is pivotal in bridging finance and operations, driving performance, and delivering commercial insights. Partnering closely with the General Manager of a high-performing business unit, you will play a key role in strategic decision-making and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key financial advisor to operational leaders, providing insights to drive business performance.
- Prepare and review month-end financial reports, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and present meaningful financial analysis, including P&L variance analysis and commentary.
- Provide financial modelling, scenario analysis, and support business cases to drive strategic initiatives.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency in stock management and operational processes.
- Collaborate with operational teams to improve financial systems, reporting, and business processes.
- Champion process improvement initiatives, balancing short-term needs with long-term optimisation goals.
- CA or CPA qualification required with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Manufacturing industry experience is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive financial outcomes.
- Experience in business partnering, financial modelling, and performance analysis.
