They are in search of Finance Business Partner - immediately start for a contractual assignment to assist with year end reporting. There is genuine opportunity for the role to be permanent with recent acquisitions and projected growth trajectory of the business.
The Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis, profitability assessment, and cashflow forecasting for projects
- Assist in preparing project budgets to ensure alignment with financial goals
- Stakeholder collaboration with cross functional teams
- Serving as a trusted advisor to operational leaders and project team
- Drive continuous improvement in systems, reporting, process and efficiency
The role requires someone who has high attention to detail and strong problem solver with a strong track record of critical and analytical thinking. Ideally you have worked in in a construction or engineering industry and/or with Jobpac ERP experience. You would have strong communication skills and ability to challenge non-finance stakeholders.
