Their unique business model sees them manufacture high end products locallly supplying to both the B2C and B2B markets. Recent investment into their branding and consolidation of their business units has seen the need for a group level Finance Business Partner to directly support the ELT. 

Newly created, this role will see you report to the CFO. You willl drive improvements across the FP&A function, set up processes and transform legacy ones. Your key duties include:

• Support the ELT to make informed decisions and achieve financial targets.
• Monthly board reporting packs including commentary.
• Performance analysis, actual vs budget and variance analysis.
• Lead the monthly reporting process providing financial reports and analysis.
• Elevate and transform the function including implemntation of new systems and reporting tools. 
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and planning processes.
• Strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting processes. 
• Develop financial models, track business performance and performance dashboards.
• Market analysis including customer and competitor trends.

The Person

• CA / CPA qualifed. 
• Strong transformation experience - experience being able to devlop and elevate FP&A processes. 
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with advanced analytical skills.
• Corporate or group reporting experience in a multinational or multi-site environment.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders.
• Collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
