Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Finance Business Partner you will take ownership of the following:
  • Build strong working relationship with key internal stakeholders across the APAC region
  • Present financial analyses and business insights to regional leadership teams and global finance counterparts.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations and enhance data accuracy.
  • Conduct financial evaluations for regional projects, investments, and new business opportunities.
  • Provide recommendations to ensure alignment with strategic goals and financial viability.
  • Develop and manage accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans aligned with regional and global business objectives.
  • Analyse financial performance against forecasts, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with GM APAC to provide financial insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth.
  • Act as a financial advisor, interpreting data to support operational efficiency and profitability improvements.
Your Profile
To excel in this role, you’ll bring the following qualifications and attributes:
  • 5-7 years of experience in finance accounting or related field
  • Hands-on experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage costs, identify savings opportunities, and improve profitability.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ability to align financial strategies with business objectives and provide actionable insights to drive growth.
  • Proficiency in analysing large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for decision-making.
  • Familiarity with APAC-specific regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
