The Role:
This is a 6-month contract role where you will support the Commercial Finance Manager by overseeing all management accounting activities for the international business unit. Your duties will include but not be limited to;
- Manage all management accounting activities for the international business unit, including EOM management and financial reports.
- Prepare and post EOM journals, including trade, marketing, and distribution accruals.
- Prepare P&L for WD4 management review and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and budget/forecast figures.
- Track and manage sales and trade spend to ensure optimal budget delivery.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports, including scheduling forward sales at month-end.
- Administer the Salesforce database and handle weekly out-of-stock reporting.
- Perform SG&A reporting and manage actuals for the ANZ and international business units.
- Update the marketing tracker for international activities.
- Reconcile online store P&L, ensuring accurate sales volume and revenue reporting in Oracle.
- Set up and update pricing in Oracle to reflect price changes accurately and timely.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be CA or CPA qualified with experience within FMCG, consumer products or retail. You will have strong systems and analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities and a natural business partner to the wider business.
