Our client is a large, diversified FMCG/Manufacturing business with an inimitable reputation across Australia. They are a dominant leader that fosters and facilitates a high-performance culture. Looking for a strong Finance Business Partner to join on an initial 12 month contract.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement new processes and efficiencies
- Focus on financial analysis and financial modelling
- Provide financial support for productivity initiatives, including allocation, tracking and reporting
- Monthly reporting including forecasting and budgeting
- Perform moderate to complex cost analysis
- Improve efficiencies across the agriculture portfolio
- Provide ongoing business partnering to enable the team to achieve financial and operational targets
- Play a key role in the month end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- The successful candidate will be CA/CPA qualified with an upbringing in a Big 4/Mid-Tier environment (ideally).
- You'll have further experience working within a large and complex commercial environment.
- Experience with modelling and analysis
- You will be natural problem solver and strategic thinker and will be highly competent in working amongst large data sets to pull together robust and insightful recommendations to drive business performance.
- You will also be a genuine business partner who is able to build strong relationships across the business, particularly with the SLT.
