We are currently seeking skilled Finance Business Partners for our client, a reputable organisation known for its commitment to excellence and innovation within the Agriculture / Food Services industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who is looking to make a significant impact by managing financial operations and contributing to strategic decision-making.
Role Overview:
The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial information to support the organisation’s objectives. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic office environment with fluctuating workloads and will demonstrate flexibility in their role to support growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse operational data and prepare meaningful commercial reports together with recommendations for improvements around business performance
- Support senior operational leaders across budget development and forecasting
- Review, analyse and provide commercial recommendations
- Prepare financial models and business case scenarios
- Provide KPI performance dashboard reporting
- Work collaboratively with the broader business across corporate finance and operations
- Identify and recommend process improvements where necessary
- Strategic project support and assistance when required
- CA/CPA/CFA or equivalent qualification
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving abilities
- Strong systems (data analysis & modelling) and report writing skills
- High level communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
