The Role As a Finance Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert financial analysis and insights to support business planning and strategic objectives.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
- Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Mentoring and developing junior finance staff.
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements to maximise profitability.
- Building strong partnerships with operational teams to understand and influence key drivers of business performance.
- Hold a recognised accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) with solid commercial experience.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data clearly.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills to challenge, influence, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Bring experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Are proficient in Excel and experienced with modern ERP systems (Power BI)
