Key Responsibilities Include

Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager Key responsibilities for the role include;
- Coordinate and support customer tender submissions for both new and existing business opportunities.
- Create detailed models for revenue, labor, material, and costs to assess the marginal impact and viability of new business, incorporating P&L and cash flow timing analysis.
- Develop and present capital expenditure business cases and related financial models to senior leadership, highlighting strategic alignment, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with Commercial and Finance Directors across Oceania.
- Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts to define the operating model, costs, and evaluate customer profitability.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews for tenders and business cases, comparing outcomes to budget and/or forecasts.
- Oversee month-end capital expenditure reporting and forecasting.
- Prepare revenue and margin budgets.
- Support the FP&A team in meeting key deadlines.
- CA and/or CPA and/or ACA and/or ACCA certification already attained.
- Bachelor’s degree – Finance or Accounting.
- Strong Analytics tool building, driver based analysis. Price volume mix. Report front end building – Power BI skills, power pivot.
- Process improvements.
- Change management.
- Process simplification.
- Identifying trends in information and thinking through solutions.
- Continuous improvement mindset – some of the projects we mentioned are about process improvement/automation.
