Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping duties
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Monthly Payroll for 30 employees (incl. Commission calculations, bonuses, etc.)
- Employee expense claims
- Employee onboarding
- Prepare management reports
- Software management
- ZOHO Books, Xero or similar
- ZOHO Inventory (Finished goods management)
- Employment Hero (Payroll)
- Liaise with external accounting services
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Proactive and able to work autonomously
- Strong organisational skills
- Flexible attitude and willingness to assist in diverse tasks
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
