This role will play a key part in payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. - Assist with end-to-end payroll processing for 1,000 employees across ANZ.
- Administer monthly and off-cycle payroll runs.
- Handle payroll checks, bonus and commission calculations, and payroll-related queries.
- Support the finance team with payroll reconciliations and reporting.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- 1–2 years' experience in payroll, HR administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured processes.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and proactive mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Preceda (or similar payroll systems) is advantageous.
