Role Overview
This role provides an opportunity to work with a leading organisation in the gaming industry, supporting the CIO with a range of strategic and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support.
Your duties will include:
- Managing the CIO’s diary, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations
- Processing invoices, expenses, and reimbursements
- Drafting and coordinating communications, including reports and correspondence
- Providing ad hoc administrative support as required
To be successful in this role, you will have experience supporting a CIO or senior executive in a similar role.
You will also demonstrate:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Reliability and professionalism in all interactions
- Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- A proactive and positive approach to supporting the CIO
