Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a complex diary, scheduling meetings, travel, and events
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation on behalf of the senior leader
- Oversee administrative projects, ensuring key deadlines are met
- Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide secretariat support for meetings and committees
- Manage financial administration, including purchase requisitions and expense reconciliation
- Proven experience in high-level executive support, with exposure to project coordination
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High-level problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to liaise with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business systems
- Understanding of the higher education sector is highly desirable
- A valid Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one
