Responsibilities
Supporting senior leaders your role would involve:
- Diary management
- Organising travel and other related arrangements (flights, transfers hotel bookings)
- Screening telephone calls
- Prioritise and ensure that reports, business papers and correspondence are dealt with efficiently and promptly (formatting, binding, dispatch, proof reading)
- Credit card reconciliations
- Scheduling meetings
- Setup for meetings including any required catering
- Assists with letters and presentations
- Carry out special projects
- Experience working in a similar position within a Financial or Professional Services firm is advantageous
- Experience in email and appointment scheduling
- Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build exceptional rapport with clients
- Overall great team player
- High degree of attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
- Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft knowledge
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
