Sharp & Carter are recruiting a Executive Assistant to the CEO & Team Administrator for our client in the property sector.

Our client is looking for a EA to the CEO & Team Administartor to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO and National Leadership Team (NLT). In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive office. You will handle a variety of tasks, from managing the CEO’s calendar to coordinating meetings and supporting key projects, while working with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to balance multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support to the CEO and National Leadership Team.
  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, organize meetings, and ensure optimal time management.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the CEO and NLT, ensuring communication flows smoothly.
  • Coordinate various projects and activities, proactively solving challenges and meeting deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external parties on behalf of the CEO.
  • Organize travel arrangements for the CEO and NLT when necessary.
  • Coordinate and plan strategic events such as off-sites, staff conferences, and meetings.
  • Oversee office operations, including liaising with vendors, service providers, and managing office supplies.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure seamless office coordination.
  • Provide support to the wider business team and ensure tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently, showing initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate results.
  • Proven experience handling confidential matters with discretion.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or executive assistant position is highly preferred.
