About the role

Our client is a leading manufacturer in the homewares industry, seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dropship Specialist to join their team. As a Dropship Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our dropship by supporting the Key Account Managers, ensuring accurate product submissions, stock feed management, customer service, and technical integrations. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes and ensure the efficient onboarding and ongoing management of dropship accounts.

Key Responsibilities
    • Handle pricing updates, product data uploads, and image management for retailers.
    • Oversee stock feed activation and ensure up-to-date product availability.
    • Manage the synchronization of inventory data between systems.
    • Provide excellent customer support to dropship accounts, addressing queries and concerns.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to understand and manage technical integration requirements.
    • Facilitate integration processes, including identifying key fields for connection (inventory, pricing, and orders).
    • Manage the inclusion of product data and images in stock feeds or alternative formats if necessary.
    • Run test orders through retailer systems to ensure correct order flow and resolve any integration issues.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a dropshipping or marketplace, preferably within the retail or manufacturing industry.
  • Experience supporting sales teams, with an understanding of the sales process and account management.
  • Proficiency in stock feed management platforms, especially Salsify.
  • Strong understanding of technical integrations related to inventory, pricing, and order management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to interact with customers, sales teams, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of retailer portals, digital marketing tools, and homewares products is a plus.
