This is an exciting role for a Marketing Manager to join this wonderful retail beauty brand and lead and execute all marketing, brand & communication activities.
Reporting to the CMO, you will develop and execute engaging marketing plans that amplify brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and forge impactful partnerships. You will also lead a small team of 2.
With a strong focus on brand campaigns, product launches, public relations, and internal communications, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring this beauty brand stands out from the crowd
Responsibilities:
You will play a critical role in driving our digital omnichannel presence and optimising our digital sales channels. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on-execution, and team management skills to achieve our digital innovation, digital marketing and ecommerce goals.
- Lead and develop the brand and marketing strategy in close consultation with CMO
- Evolve the positioning of the brand offer, driving up brand love and awareness focusing on trending channels and implementing
- Develop and execute national Marketing, PR and media campaign strategy across all areas of the brand
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with beauty and lifestyle media, including influencers
- Deliver monthly marketing plans including deliverables across all business units, from briefs, copy to delivery in store and online- on time and aligned to brand guidelines
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a focus on retail or beauty brands.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and Go-to-market new product launch plans
- Demonstrated success in managing brand positioning and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms
- Demonstrated success in working with PR agencies, media outlets, and brand collaborations and partnerships.
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to nurture and develop a team
