For this role, you will have the following experience:
- Experience in supporting HR practices, including employment equity, anti-discrimination, ethical behavior, and OH&S.
- Experienced in implementing enterprise business systems within Queensland Government, ensuring statutory compliance.
- Over three years’ experience in ERP security, with at least two full implementations or upgrades, preferably in HR/Payroll/Rostering.
- Expertise in developing security structures for complex, multi-vendor, multi-client systems, aligned with stakeholder requirements.
- Skilled in ERP security implementation within government or large multinational organizations, ensuring statutory compliance.
- Knowledgeable in risk assessment, authorization, and authentication technologies, especially IAS/IPS.
- The ability to meet the engagement term, including potential extensions.
Proven Expertise: Extensive experience in service provider environments, handling multi-vendor and multi-client setups.
Core Technologies & Security:
- End-to-end security design across data, applications, networks, and infrastructure.
- SAP RISE security models, IAS/IPS, and SAP GRC.
- Gap analysis for IT infrastructure and information security.
- Business continuity, backup, and recovery security.
- Security management, including risk management, compliance, and reporting.
- Information security architecture and governance.
- Align security solutions with best practices and organisational policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and functional streams to ensure robust security solutions.
- Manage projects using established methodologies, prioritizing and scheduling work effectively.
- Mentor and transfer knowledge to the organisation and project staff.
- Develop and maintain security policies, technical documents, and reports.
- Assess and plan for complex security-related changes, evaluating risks to infrastructure integrity.
