For this role, you will have the following experience:
  • Experience in supporting HR practices, including employment equity, anti-discrimination, ethical behavior, and OH&S.
  • Experienced in implementing enterprise business systems within Queensland Government, ensuring statutory compliance.
  • Over three years’ experience in ERP security, with at least two full implementations or upgrades, preferably in HR/Payroll/Rostering.
  • Expertise in developing security structures for complex, multi-vendor, multi-client systems, aligned with stakeholder requirements.
  • Skilled in ERP security implementation within government or large multinational organizations, ensuring statutory compliance.
  • Knowledgeable in risk assessment, authorization, and authentication technologies, especially IAS/IPS.
  • The ability to meet the engagement term, including potential extensions.
The Ideal Candidate Profile:
 
Proven Expertise: Extensive experience in service provider environments, handling multi-vendor and multi-client setups.
 
Core Technologies & Security:
  • End-to-end security design across data, applications, networks, and infrastructure.
  • SAP RISE security models, IAS/IPS, and SAP GRC.
  • Gap analysis for IT infrastructure and information security.
  • Business continuity, backup, and recovery security.
  • Security management, including risk management, compliance, and reporting.
  • Information security architecture and governance.
Brief Overview of the Role Responsibilities:
  • Align security solutions with best practices and organisational policies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and functional streams to ensure robust security solutions.
  • Manage projects using established methodologies, prioritizing and scheduling work effectively.
  • Mentor and transfer knowledge to the organisation and project staff.
  • Develop and maintain security policies, technical documents, and reports.
  • Assess and plan for complex security-related changes, evaluating risks to infrastructure integrity.
