The Role:  

We are looking for an experienced Backend Integration Developer to work on diverse IT projects. The role involves developing secure and scalable APIs using Azure and .NET Core, as well as creating data pipelines with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Data Lake to support data warehouse, digital transformation and reporting needs.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain backend integration solutions using .NET Core and Azure services.
  • Manage data pipelines with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Data Lake for reporting needs.
  • Create and support APIs, Azure Functions, and integrations with messaging tools.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to deliver end-to-end integration solutions.
  • Implement secure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Automate tasks and maintenance with Azure Automation and Runbooks.
  • Optimize database performance through efficient T-SQL stored procedures.
  • Adhere to cloud security best practices, including RBAC and secure data handling.
  • Document designs, data flows, and processes using tools like DevOps Wiki.
  • Participate in code reviews and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Microsoft Azure Certification (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect).
  • 5+ years of experience in backend development and system integration.
  • Proven expertise in .NET Core, Azure services, and SQL Server.
  • Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and cloud security.
  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines with Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and Data Lake.
  • Proficient in .NET Core (C#), SQL Server, EF Core, and Dapper.
  • Familiarity with Azure Functions, APIs, Enterprise Service Bus, and automation tools like Runbooks.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (ARM/Bicep).
  • Knowledge of RBAC, Azure Networking, and secure cloud integration practices.
