About the role

This is a part time (3 days per week), permanent Function Administrator position, located in Springvale, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of the very specific services our client offers across various locations.

You will be the first point of contact for function directors and relevant external stakeholders.

You will need to provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the function process. This role requires a high level of care, sensitivity and excellent time management skills. 

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet various clients upon entry
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all attendees 
  • Collaborate with function directors and the Customer Experience team to meet client needs
  • Ensure smooth transactions and documentation processes for all services.
  • Address general public queries and escalate complaints where necessary.
  • Ensure all IT and AV equipment is functional and coordinate with the IT department for any issues
  • Various administrative support; data entry, reporting, preparing documents and other ad hoc requirements
Skills & Experience 
  • Existing customer service skills with administrative elements
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High levels of emotional intelligence with clientele 
  • Proficient use of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel) 
  • Ability to add value to a collaborative, friendly and dynamic team
  • Must be able to work 1 Saturday per month
  • Must have full working rights
  • Must be willing to obtain a medical and police check
