About the role:
Sharp & Carter is partnering with an industry-leading firm based in the Western suburbs with an established national presence as they seek to introduce a motivated Customer Relationship Support role to their team. In this role, you will be reporting to the General Manager of Sales and supporting the Sales team and Business Development Managers to effectively ensure the provision of administrative duties, enhance customer engagement, and maintain accurate data. This role will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and providing essential support to the nationwide Sales and BDM teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly contact clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain and update client information in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prompt and timely completion of relevant duties and tasks.
- Compile reports for management and perform data entry tasks as required.
- Provide necessary administrative support to BDMs and Sales teams.
- Communicate in a friendly and professional manner, representing the company’s commitment to excellence.
- Ad hoc duties at management discretion.
- While primarily office-based, occasional interstate travel may be required to support national sales initiatives.
- Prior experience in a sales support or customer service role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional, engaging, and friendly demeanour.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in data entry and client record management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with BDMs and other team members.
