The Position

An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join an absolute market leader. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and working alongside another Customer Service Team Lead, you will manage, lead and mentor a stable team of Customer Service Agents whilst ensuring a seamless stakeholder experience.
 
The Role
  
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will take on a leadership role where you will be ensuring optimal delivery and performance from your team. This is a hands-on role that will see you supporting not only your team but also having regular contact with key stakeholders.  Your day-to-day tasks will include:
  • Oversee order capture and manage the timely dispatch of products
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Address customer queries and develop effective solutions
  • Provide training and mentorship to the Customer Service Centre team
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Manage your direct reports ensuring they are being developed as individuals to meet their targets whilst creating a stable team environment

Skills & Experience
  • Ideally a minimum of 4 years experience as a Customer Service/ Contact Centre Team Leader
  • Proven leadership experience with a strong customer service focus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong partnering skills with a knack for building meaningful relationships
  • Hands on and proactive attitude, adaptable at handling multiple tasks
  • Confidence and experience in building relationships including managing key stakeholders
  • Impeccable communication skills
