About the Role:
Sharp & Carter is excited to be partnering with an innovative Australian-wide corporation specialising in the crafting of high-quality agricultural products as they seek to introduce a dynamic individual to their lively team. In this role, you will be accountable for coordination and administration support, creating and maintaining effective customer relationships, and will report to the Customer Experience Business Lead. This role is 38 hours a week and requires the shift rotation availability of two weeks of 8 am-4:30 pm, and one week of 9 am-5:30 pm, both with a one-hour lunch break.
  
Key Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Coordinate administrative support including customer bookings and contract creation.
  • Manage inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Promptly manage, document, and process customer requirements.
  • Liaise with customers & third parties to address queries and support processes
  • Organising/partaking in events and team meetings.
  • General logistics & administration duties.
  • Undertake any ad hoc duties defined by the Customer Experience Business Lead.
Requirements:
To be a suitable candidate for this position, you will have proven experience in a similar customer service or internal sales support role.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and results-driven.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proactive, accountable, and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy.
  • It will be highly advantageous to have experience in the Australian Agriculture industry.
  • Must have full Australian working rights.
