About the Role:

Sharp & Carter is partnering with a leading Australian online retailer seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative. In this full-time role, you'll be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, processing orders, and supporting admin tasks—offering variety and a chance to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues professionally via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and empathetically to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders and update customer records in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support team operations with general administrative and data entry tasks.
Requirements:
  • A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service.
  • An undergraduate degree is advantageous however, not essential.
  • Experienced in customer service or a related field (preferred but not essential).
  • Skilled in communication, organization, and problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities.
  • Proficient with basic computer systems; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
