Sharp & Carter is partnering with a leading Australian online retailer seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative. In this full-time role, you'll be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, processing orders, and supporting admin tasks—offering variety and a chance to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and issues professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve complaints efficiently and empathetically to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Process orders and update customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support team operations with general administrative and data entry tasks.
- A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service.
- An undergraduate degree is advantageous however, not essential.
- Experienced in customer service or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Skilled in communication, organization, and problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities.
- Proficient with basic computer systems; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
