Key Responsibilities
- Chat with customers via phone and email, making sure they have a positive experience.

- Work closely with internal teams to solve customer queries quickly.
- Keep customer details up to date in the system.
- Get involved in general admin tasks and help keep the office organised.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or administration.
- Strong communication skills – you’re confident, friendly, and a great problem solver.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and an interest in learning new systems.
- A proactive, positive attitude – you love working in a team and getting stuck in!
