Key Responsibilities
  • Chat with customers via phone and email, making sure they have a positive experience.
  • Process orders, invoices, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Work closely with internal teams to solve customer queries quickly.
  • Keep customer details up to date in the system.
  • Get involved in general admin tasks and help keep the office organised.
  
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service or administration.
  • Strong communication skills – you’re confident, friendly, and a great problem solver.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and an interest in learning new systems.
  • A proactive, positive attitude – you love working in a team and getting stuck in!
