About the role 

Join a dynamic Customer Services team within a trading business, playing a crucial role in supporting key customer and supplier accounts. As a Customer Services Representative, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of customer and supplier contract data in SAP. Effective communication with customers, suppliers, and traders will be essential as you provide updates on order statuses and facilitate seamless transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage creation and maintenance of customer and supplier orders in SAP.
  • Capture deal cost details and process contract authorizations.
  • Generate and send sales contracts/confirmations and update shipping details.
  • Coordinate vessel bookings, organize cargo surveys, and maintain shipping dates.
  • Communicate order statuses to customers and liaise with suppliers for updates.
  • Ensure timely receipt of shipping documents and process goods receipts in SAP.
  • Issue tax invoices, complete customer credit checks, and prepare weekly JIT reports.
  
Requirements
  • Strong results orientation and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and work collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Administration or similar role, with customer support or client service experience.
  • Experience in international trade beneficial, familiarity with Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management.
