About the Role

The CRM Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing plans through the effective use of HubSpot CRM. This role will coordinate all digital marketing activities, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy and goals and driving customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement CRM Strategies: Create and execute CRM strategies using HubSpot CRM to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and PPC.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse campaign performance data and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts. Provide regular reports on key metrics and KPIs to senior management.
  • Segmentation and Targeting: Utilise HubSpot's segmentation tools to create targeted marketing campaigns that address specific customer needs and behaviours.
  • Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation workflows in HubSpot to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, content, and marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Develop and maintain detailed customer journey maps to identify key touchpoints and optimise the customer experience.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing of email campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing materials to continuously improve performance.
 Requirements
  • Ideally 3-5 years of experience in CRM marketing, with a strong focus on HubSpot CRM.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing processes.
