This newly created role within a leading media technology business will assist an experienced CFO in driving revenue across the business. This role is heavily commercial with responsibilities including financial modelling, pricing and financial analysis to supply data driven insights for informed decision making, strategy and also performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business performance, forecasts, and investment opportunities.
- Assist in pricing strategies for new and existing products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct financial due diligence, including transaction analysis, valuations, and financial risk assessments.
- Work closely with senior management to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reports for key internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and industry benchmarks to inform business strategies.
- Investigate new revenue streams for the business.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a background in investment banking, transaction services, or mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and possess advanced financial modelling and pricing experience. You will be highly analytical, with an ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
