The Role
As a Finance Analyst, you'll report to the Head of FP&A and play a critical role in optimising business strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Developing and maintaining complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Contributing to month-end activities, including variance analysis and financial reporting.
- Engaging with stakeholders to drive performance improvement initiatives.
- Supporting the introduction of new products by providing financial validation and insights.
We're looking for someone with:
- 5 year experience in a commercial or Analyst type role
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- A CPA/CA qualification with a solid understanding of Australian Accounting Standards.
- Experience in big 4 chartered environment will be highly regarded
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
