Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contractual relationships with Goods and Services suppliers
• Conduct regular performance reviews against agreed KPIs
• Monitor and analyze contractors' financial and operational performance
• Ensure service delivery obligations are met through rigorous oversight
• Provide accurate and timely reports on contract performance to stakeholders
• Lead end-of-term contract reviews and make strategic recommendations
• Participate in tender panels to select new suppliers
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with contractors and internal teams

About You:

• Proven track record in managing complex contracts, ensuring optimal performance and value delivery.
• Deep understanding of Work Health and Safety principles, with a proactive approach to creating and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Highly developed time management and planning skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work seamlessly within cross-functional teams, driving results through effective collaboration and innovative thinking.
