Our client are looking for an experience commercial manager to manage a large maintenance contract. The role will be managing a large scale contract from contract sign off to handover. This is an exciting opportunity with huge growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the negotiation, implementation, and continuous improvement of contracts, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective service for our clients.
- Track project budgets, forecast revenue, and work closely with our finance team to ensure profitability and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Guide a dedicated team, setting goals and fostering a collaborative environment to meet client needs and company objectives.
- Support commercial strategic planning.
- Understand current business processes and policies, and find best ways to improve.
- Proven experience in commercial management in a construction or maintenance environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- Proven experience in a management role
